print server package for floppyfw

This is about turning your FloppyFireWall into a FloppyFireWallPrintServer.

The idea is to use a special lp daemon version named p910nd that can be found at http://etherboot.sourceforge.net/p910nd/

There is a package for floppyfw that can be found at http://users.rcn.com/t3iv/printserver.html. Unfortunately this package is version 0.5. So I will provide a new 0.6 package that is linked against glibc 2.1 ...
